L\u2019agence KANOPEA STUDIO (Charles Gallavardin & Tereza Zelenkova Gallavardin) a livr\u00e9 en 2022 \u00e0 Phnom Penh (Cambodge) le Coconut Club & Park. B\u00e2timent manifeste de 1 800 m\u00b2 laur\u00e9at du palmar\u00e8s du concours AFEX 2023. D\u00e9couverte en vid\u00e9o.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le projet The Coconut Club & Park se situe dans le centre de Phnom Penh, capitale du Cambodge, et plus particuli\u00e8rement sur la presqu\u2019ile de Koh Pick, quartier en plein d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du centre historique au croisement des fleuves Mekong et Bassac. Le projet se compose d\u2019un Parc et d\u2019un b\u00e2timent principal, pour offrir aux habitant de Phnom Penh un espace o\u00f9 ils puissent se retrouver, jouer, pique-niquer, se restaurer, s\u2019\u00e9duquer, prendre soin d\u2019eux.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Ce b\u00e2timent est un manifeste d\u2019une architecture biophile intelligente, amenant la nature autour et dans le<\/em><\/p>\n

b\u00e2timent mais sans augmenter significativement la charge sur la structure en b\u00e9ton (pour \u00e9viter les surco\u00fbts), car la plupart des plantes et des arbres poussent directement dans le sol naturel autour du b\u00e2timent. L\u2019entretien est facile et les plantes peuvent se d\u00e9velopper sans syst\u00e8me d\u2019irrigation sophistiqu\u00e9<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, souligne l\u2019agence.<\/p>\n
