KANOPEA ARCHITECTURE STUDIO est une agence d’ architecture bioclimatique<\/a><\/strong> bas\u00e9e en France, \u00e0 Marseille. La conception\u00a0bioclimatique<\/strong><\/a> et la qualit\u00e9 d’usage sont au c\u0153ur de notre philosophie, que ce soit sur des projets neuf ou en r\u00e9novation. Nous concevons et assurons la ma\u00eetrise d’\u0153uvre dans un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de 250 km autour de l’agence (Aix-en-Provence, Luberon, Var, Alpes de Hautes Provence…) et concevons des projets sur l’ensemble du territoire Fran\u00e7ais (Paris, Lyon, Bretagne…) ainsi qu’en Afrique (Mauritanie, Mayotte…) et en Asie (Vietnam, Cambodge, Arabie Saoudite…).<\/p>\n

Nous sommes une \u00e9quipe internationale d’architectes et d’architectes d’int\u00e9rieurs avec une forte expertise en architecture bioclimatique<\/strong><\/a> et bas carbone… Nous consid\u00e9rons que notre approche frugale, heureuse et cr\u00e9ative repr\u00e9sente le futur de l’architecture. Elle fait sens pour tout type de public (public, priv\u00e9, corporate) et tout type de programme (r\u00e9sidentiel, hotellerie, tertiaire, culturel…) tant que les projets r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 nos valeurs humanistes et \u00e9cologiques.<\/p>\n

Nous travaillons en \u00e9troite collaboration avec nos clients et l’ensemble des consultants impliqu\u00e9s : ing\u00e9nieurs structure, thermiciens, paysagistes, artistes, entreprises de construction, pour concevoir des projets \u00e9cologiques r\u00e9sidentiels, h\u00f4teliers, de bureaux, culturels, sportifs… Notre engagement en architecture bioclimatique<\/a><\/strong> est total. L\u2019architecte ne travaille pas seul et se doit de collaborer en intelligence avec d\u2019autres consultants tels que les paysagistes, les bureaux d\u2019\u00e9tude structure, les ing\u00e9nieurs en g\u00e9nie de l\u2019habitat, etc. C\u2019est tous ensemble que nous concevons des projets coh\u00e9rents, tant sur le plan technique que fonctionnels et esth\u00e9tique. Les entreprises de construction et artisans ont \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le tr\u00e8s important et c\u2019est en se connaissant, en s\u2019appr\u00e9ciant et en ayant l\u2019habitude de travailler ensemble que l\u2019on con\u00e7oit les meilleurs projets et faisons du chantier une phase plaisante du projet, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa r\u00e9ception compl\u00e8te. \n=> Commencer par \u00e9conomiser l’\u00e9nergie, d\u00e8s la phase de programmation (car 70% de l’\u00e9nergie du b\u00e2timent est prise en compte d\u00e8s l’\u00e9tape Design Brief), puis concevoir selon les principes d’ achitecture bioclimatique<\/strong><\/a>s pour \u00e9viter la surchauffe, isoler au mieux la toiture et les murs selon leurs propres orientations (en favorisant une isolation naturelle performante), collaborer avec des ing\u00e9nieurs en efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (car il n’y a jamais trop de cerveaux pour optimiser un b\u00e2timent), privil\u00e9gier les solutions low-tech simples d’utilisation et faciles \u00e0 entretenir et ne pas utiliser de haute technologies uniquement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elles ont une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e, une fois toutes les autres cases coch\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t

Goal 9. Build resilient infrastructure, promote sustainable industrialization that benefits everyone, and foster innovation<\/b>
\n=> To avoid having to talk about resilience, a catch-all word to catch up after making big mistakes, KANOPEA ARCHITECTURE STUDIO prefers to talk about anticipation of problems. This means not building in flooding areas and participating in projects that \u201cdistort a fragile environment. In terms of innovation, KANOP\u00c9A focuses its efforts on low-tech solutions that promote natural materials to promote their quality and influence their uses to the detriment of energy-intensive materials or materials containing large quantities of chemicals. After having been among the first to promote natural insulation in France in these projects (cellulose wadding, duck feather, wood wool, cork, etc.), having designed the first buildings insulated with \u00ab rice husk \u00bb in Vietnam (Hippofarm dormitories and Dojo Saigon), KANOP\u00c9A is now interested in the technique of \u00ab rammed earth \u00bb and all the healthy waste that can be reused in one way or another in a construction project: oyster shells, flax fiber, etc.). KANOPEA ARCHITECTURE STUDIO innovates with floating modular construction solutions, in order to promote the work of workers in a decent warehouse (better working conditions), reduce construction waste, and improve the quality of the finished building.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t

\n=> KANOPEA ARCHITECTURE STUDIO est bas\u00e9e en France mais travaille \u00e9galement en collaboration avec nos agences bas\u00e9es au Vietnam et au Cambodge, participant ainsi au d\u00e9veloppement de ces pays en Asie du Sud-Est, tout en ayant la m\u00eame approche de l’ architecture bioclimatique<\/strong><\/a> et respectueuse de l’environnement dans lequel elle se d\u00e9roule. KANOP\u00c9A forme \u00e9galement de nombreux jeunes architectes aux principes des architecture bioclimatique<\/strong><\/a>s et \u00e0 l’approche bas carbone du secteur de la construction.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t

\n=> Cities and Architectures are directly linked, as well as the landscape. KANOPEA ARCHITECTURE STUDIO promotes the renovation and\/or conversion of the existing (before thinking of building new) in the most respectful way of the heritage while having an ecological approach (natural materials, low carbon, etc.). KANOP\u00c9A is not enthusiastic about the Smart City which is based on mobile applications and technologies and is rather favorable to the concept of Desirable Cities, where life is good, where the mix of activities and functions offered makes it possible to reduce significantly time dedicated to transport, where each municipality plays the game of social diversity to avoid any ghettoization, where the presence of plants and biodiversity is promoted and where the well-being of the inhabitants comes before the sole logic of logistics and profitability in short term.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t

Notre totale ind\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis des fournisseurs nous permet cette libert\u00e9 de penser et de concevoir nos b\u00e2timents dans l’int\u00e9r\u00eat des utilisateurs finaux et de nos clients.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t

\n=> Concevoir des b\u00e2timents basse consommation a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un objectif pour KANOP\u00c9A, travaillant en \u00e9troite collaboration avec des ing\u00e9nieurs en efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pour limiter tous les ponts thermiques et s\u00e9lectionner le syst\u00e8me de chauffage\/climatisation optimal, au cas par cas, selon la r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 vous \u00eates, apr\u00e8s avoir s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 la meilleure isolation. Goal 14. Conserve and sustainably use the oceans and seas for sustainable development :<\/b>
\n=> By reducing our impact on global warming, by avoiding the use of materials derived from petrochemicals, we are indirectly fighting against the pollution of the oceans and the increase in their acidity. With Breton origins and a taste for sailing and swimming, KANOP\u00c9A Team will always do everything possible to preserve the oceans on which the healthy life of humanity largely depends.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t

\n=> Renovate rather than build new (to avoid the artificialization of the soil and reduce its carbon footprint), build with (nature) and not against ; We will prefer designing a building around an existing tree to conserve it rather than the logic of \u201ctabula rasa\u201d. Respect the soil through the use of non-polluting natural materials, collaborate with landscapers with a strong commitment to ecology, refuse all projects that seem to us to go against our values \u200b\u200bof preservation of natural spaces and respect for biodiversity.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t

\n=> En promouvant une architecture bioclimatique<\/strong><\/a>, frugale et \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie, KANOP\u00c9A privil\u00e9gie les circuits courts de construction et l’\u00e9conomie locale. C’est une mani\u00e8re de cr\u00e9er un monde plus juste en faisant travailler les entreprises sur le territoire sur lequel nous construisons, ce qui \u00e9vite ainsi la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de d\u00e9localiser les savoir-faire.
